    6:30 p.m.: Annual Chamber Of Commerce Banquet:

    Featuring award of the 2016 Citizen of the Year honors, and crowning of the 2016 Carrot Festival Queen, Princess and Junior Princess.  6:30 - 7:00 p.m.: No-Host Cocktails. 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.: Dinner.  8:00 - 9:00 p.m.: Ceremonies at Imperial Palms Hotel & Resort at Barbara Worth.   Tickets are $35.00 per person, at the door $40.00 if available.  Reserve your table now (table for 8)!

    Craft, food and other booths in Holt Park.                                                                    

    10:00 a.m.: Carrot Festival Parade
    Featuring school children, bands, floats, antique cars and tractors, equestrians, Citizen of the Year, 2013 Festival Queen, Princess, Junior Princess and Court .  The route is west on Fifth Street from Maple to Cedar.

    11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.: Student Art Show
    Open during the day at the Civic Center.

    1:00 (approximate): Trophy Presentation
    Parade honors awarded at Gazebo in Holt Park.

    12:00 noon to 11:00 p.m.: Carrot Festival Midway Carnival on Holt & 6th St.

    1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.:  Entertainment in the Gazebo.

    NEW FOR 2017 CARROT FESTIVAL - ALL VENDORS ARE TO BE ACTIVE HOLTVILLE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MEMBERS.

    NO APPLICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ALL THE PROPER PAPER WORK COMPLETED AND PAYMENT. IF YOUR APPLICATION IS INCOMPLETE IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU TO COMPLETE.  YOUR SPACE IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED BY THE CHAMBER.

     

    Vendors will be responsible for obtaining the City of Holtville Business License prior to submitting your vendor booth application. A copy of the receipt for the license must be submitted at time of application.

    Vendor Booth Health Permit Applications

    The lay out for booths has been changed and it is not a guarantee that you will have the same spot as you have had at previous events.  

    Food Booth Vendors - only one booth per vendor will be allowed at the 2017 Carrot Festival.  Only 16 food vendors will be accepted.  No more than the following of each booth:  Carne Asada/Pollo Tacos (2), Fish Tacos/Ceviche/Shrimp Tacos (2), Hot Dogs (1), Hamburgers (1), Chicken/Kabobs (1), Roasted Corn (1), Burritos/Nachos (1), Tri-Tip/Pulled Pork Sandwiches (1),  Kettle Corn (1), Hawaiian Shaved Ice (1), Funnel Cake (2), Honey Products (2)
